DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times start counting from payment confirmation. For credit and debit/pse card payments, the payu payment platform will need to approve the transaction according to data analysis, which may take up to one business day. Upon approval of payment for your order, you will receive an email with confirmation of this. Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. - The exchange of the product will be made for the value of the product. The shipping value will not be returned
- It is essential for any change to present the invoice
- Changes due to quality are made within the first 30 calendar days without exception
- Changes due to quality will be: manufacturing damages referring to the measurement (if tu mesa home table went wrong in the product measurement after the buyer gave the measurement of the table), design and/or color
- Custom made products don’t have exchange
- Merchandise on promotion does not have change, except in cases of quality
- For any exchange, the product must have its original packaging with the respective labels and all its parts have to be in perfect condition.
